Welcome to the website for Roblin Babydoll Southdowns & Alpacas.

Roblin is owned and operated by myself, Linda and my husband Rob. Our stud is located on 40 acres, just outside the town of Cootamundra, New South Wales. Home to Babydoll Southdown sheep, Crossbred sheep and Alpacas.

Our goal is to develop a successful breeding program for Babydoll Southdown sheep. These beautiful sheep are rare in Australia. We are focused on breeding to help increase the numbers in Australia and give the Babydoll Southdown a viable place in the future market.

Due to the demand for smaller sheep in vineyards, we are developing a breeding program of Babydoll cross sheep. These sheep are smaller size, than the average commercial sheep and are starting to find their place in Australia's vineyards.

We currently export Babydoll Southdowns to New Zealand, which has been a huge step forward for the beautiful Babydolls.

The alpacas play an important part in the breeding program of Roblin. Our alpacas have been bred and sold as breeding stock, pets and guardians. They are great for protecting lambs from the usual attacks from foxes and other small predators.

We are always happy to answer any questions about the Babydolls, Crossbred and Alpacas. Visitors are welcome to meet our woolly residents, please call or email to make an appointment for an appropriate day and time.
